NFC – Near Field Commination is a new generation wireless comminication technology. NFC technology is basically, provides close-range commincation between Electronic devices which are suitable for NFC standards.

It developed by Sony and Philips jointly in late 2002 and adopted as a standart by ISO/IEC at December  8, 2003. NFC Forum was established to develop and spread the NFC technology by Nokia, Sony and NXP (a company of Philips) at March 18,2004.

The main reason for narrowing of the bandwidth and range is to improve the users experience. Nfc technology can be active when devices approached to touch each other  and the cominication between devices can be provide under these conditions.this provides to  it’s owners psychological comport and security.

This technology has more short-distanse range (2-4 cm) than similar wireless Technologies like IrDA,Bluetooth,WiFi,ZigBee. And it offers a lower bandwidth like Bluetooth and WiFi than new generation comminication Technologies.
